Exercise Science and Wellness
Overview
The Exercise Science and Wellness program teaches students how nutrition, fitness, and wellness work together to support healthy living. Students explore nutrient functions, meal planning, food safety, and how nutrition affects health and disease. They also learn exercise science fundamentals and how to guide people toward healthier choices. This program prepares students for entry-level jobs in fitness and wellness and for further study in nutrition, exercise science, or physical therapy.

Hands-On Experience
