NCCVT is pleased to share our implementation plan for HB 198, which provides comprehensive education on Black History. The study of Black History required by HB 198 serves to educate students about how Black people were treated throughout history and is intended to examine the ramifications of prejudice, racism, and intolerance and to prepare students to be responsible citizens in a pluralistic democracy.
