The application portal for incoming 9th-grade students for the 2026-2027 school year opens on November 3, 2025, and closes on January 14, 2026.

STEP Program
NCCVT offers the Specialized Transition to Employment Pathways (STEP) Program for students pursuing Delaware’s Diploma of Alternate Achievement Standards.
10th Grade Transfer Students
Are you a current 9th grader interested in transferring to NCCVT for 10th grade? Applications for a limited number of programs will be available in May, depending on availability.
Adult Education Programs
NCCVT also offers a variety of Adult Education programs for those looking to continue their education, gain new skills, or change careers.
