ESL (English as a Second Language)

The Multilingual Learner (MLL) program at NCCVT is committed to providing support and services to students who qualify as Multilingual Learners (MLLs). NCCVT schools provide the necessary language development support for all students who qualify as an MLL. All MLLs receive support to increase their English language proficiency while simultaneously accessing the general education curriculum.
