ADDRESS CHANGES

Address changed begin at the school level. Please submit address changes at least 5 business days prior to needing transportation from the new address. The process is as follows:

  • Parent/Guardian contacts the specific school office below and completes and submits the required address change form (provided by the school) along with proof of residency such as a leasing agreement, electric bill, etc... something the proves you are living at the new address.
  • The school office forwards the address change to the Transportation Office.
  • The Transportation Office determines the new stop and routes the bus as necessary. This process will take between one and five days, depending on how it effects the bus route. We will always make every effort to make this change occur as fast as possible. 
  • The Transportation Office sends the new bus stop information and when the new stop will begin back to the appropriate school office.
  • The school office then notifies the family of the new stop information and when it will begin.
  • (We do not follow this step during the hybrid learning model) All new stops will begin in the afternoon so the student and the driver can meet, they can reconfirm the stop time, and so when the student is dropped of, they are aware of the stop location. That way, the next morning, both the driver know who they should be looking for and they are both at the correct stop location.
