Overview

The Auto Technology Program teaches students how to fix and care for cars and trucks. Students learn how to find problems, make repairs, and talk with customers. The work includes using special tools and computers to test and fix vehicles.

Students also learn skills for different jobs, like fixing engines, brakes, air conditioning, and electrical systems. Good auto technicians need to think carefully, notice small details, and work hard.

Graduates can work at car shops, repair centers, dealerships, or even construction companies. Students can also earn college credit and take tests for national certifications.

Hands-On Experience

  • NOCTI
  • NATEF (if available)

These certifications help students get jobs and show they are ready to work in the auto field.
