ESEA (Elementary and Secondary Education Act) Information

 

ESEA (formerly known as No Child Left Behind or NCLB) regulations require that schools classified as under improvement must offer choice options to students. Based on the most recent DCAS results, Howard and Delcastle are classified in corrective action, "freeze status," and must offer choice.
