Below are directions for the New Castle County Vo-Tech School District Administrative Offices, the four vo-tech high schools, the Adult Education Division, and the Thomas B. Sharp Conference Center at Marshallton School. 

New Castle County

From the south:

 

• Take 95 North
• Merge onto DE-7 N via EXIT 4B toward METROFORM.
• Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto DE-4 E. Continue to follow DE-4 E. (0.9 mi.)
• Turn LEFT onto ROTHWELL DR. at next light (0.6 mi)
• Continue straight though next light onto KIAMENSI RD. (0.1 mi)
• Turn LEFT onto NEWPORT AVE.
• Turn LEFT at light onto NEWPORT ROAD.

 

From the north:

 

• Take 95 South
• Merge onto DE-141 N via EXIT 5B toward NEWPORT.
• Take EXIT 5 toward SR-62/ NEWPORT GAP PIKE/ BOXWOOD RD. (0.3 mi.)
• Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto CENTERVILLE RD. (0.1 mi.)
• Turn LEFT onto BOXWOOD RD/ DE-62. (0.1 mi.)
• Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto NEWPORT AND GAP TURNPIKE/ DE-62. (0.2 mi.)
• Turn LEFT onto MEADOWBROOK AVE. (0.4 mi.)
• Turn RIGHT onto KIAMENSI RD. (0.1 mi.)
• Turn RIGHT onto NEWPORT AVE.

From Route 13:
Take Route 141 Newport Exit heading west.  Follow directions from I-95.

From I-95:
East on Delaware Avenue to Walnut Street.  North (left) on Walnut to 13th Street.  East (right) on 13th Street one block to high school.  Turn right on Clifford Brown Walk; school parking on left. 

From Route 13:
North on Route 13 into City of Wilmington.  Route 13 (Walnut Street) to 13th Street.  East (right) on 13th Street one block to high school.  Turn right on Clifford Brown Walk; school parking on left. 


Hodgson Vo-Tech High School
2575 Glasgow Ave.
Newark, DE 19702

From I-95:
Take Exit 1A, Route 896 Middletown, to Route 40.  West (right) on Route 40 to first traffic light.  Left onto Business Route 896.  Hodgson is located approximately one mile on left. 

From Route 13:
Heading north, turn west onto Rt. 896 north.  Cross Summit Bridge to intersection with Business Route 896.  Left onto Business Route 896.  Hodgson is approximately one mile on right. 

From Route 40:
Heading south, take Route 40 West to intersection with Business Route 896.  Left on Business Route 896.  Hodgson is approximately one mile on left. 

 

 

St. Georges Technical High School

From North:

 

South on Route 1 over the C&D Canal

Take the next exit, South St. Georges, Exit 148, this is before the toll plaza

Turn right onto Lorewood Grove Road

To South Route 13

South on Route 13 to Hyetts Corner Road

Approximately 2.3 miles just past the Route 1 Overpass

Turn right onto Hyetts Corner Road

Proceed approximately 1.5 miles to St. Georges Technical High School on the right

 

From South:

 

Take Route 13 North to Hyetts Corner Road

Approximately one-half mile past Route 13 and Boyd’s Corner Road just before the Route 1 Overpass

Turn left onto Hyetts Corner Road

Proceed approximately 1.5 miles to St. Georges Technical High School on the right

 

From West:

 

Take Boyd’s Corner Road to Route 13

Turn left onto Route 13

Proceed approximately a half-mile to Hyetts Corner Road just before the Route 1 Overpass

Turn left onto Hyetts Corner Road

Proceed approximately 1.5 miles to St. Georges Technical High School on the right

Take Exit 5, Newport onto Route 141.  Take Exit 5, Route 62, to Boxwood Road.  Turn left at light onto Route 62 North.  Go .5 mile to light at Old Capitol Trail; turn left.  Cross railroad tracks; turn left on School Lane.  Marshallton is one block on left. 

From Route 13:
Take Route 141 Newport Exit heading west.  Follow directions from I-95.
